Job summary

Bleckmann in Almelo, Netherlands is seeking an Inventory Control specialist to monitor IC processes, set up and evaluate projects, and reduce errors in daily operations.

You will work with customers, produce reports, and contribute to Lean Six Sigma initiatives, using Warehouse Management Systems and Excel; Dutch and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities and accuracy.
• Experience in a similar inventory/control role is advantageous.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel and WMS usage.

Job Description

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the Inventory Control (IC) processes.
• Setting up, solving, and evaluating projects in the area of IC.
• Monitoring processes and minimizing errors.
• Contributing to improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Preparing and recording reports regarding the accuracy of the process.
• Coordinating with customers and providing information and advice.
• Actively contributing to our Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Profile:

• MBO level of work and thinking.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
• Works accurately, diligently, and has perseverance.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Flexible and stress-resistant.
• Willingness to work evening shifts and/or weekend shifts.
