L’Oréal is offering Internships Marketing (Paid) - Per February 2027: a Marketing Internship. It is a 6-month internship in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, paid at a monthly gross salary of €1000, full-time, starting in February 2027.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to a Marketing or Merchandising Manager at our Benelux HQ in Hoofddorp (just outside Amsterdam), you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. One of our Marketing Internships may include:

• Brand Marketing: Step into the shoes of a brand business leader. Track market trends, analyze competitor data, coordinate 360° product launch campaigns, and collaborate with 360° teams to drive brand growth.
• PR & Advocacy: Become a brand champion and build relationships with influencers, coordinate creative mailings, organize events, and track social media coverage.
• Trade Marketing: Bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Build retail activation plans and promotional strategies with commercial partners, and analyze sales performance to maximize brand visibility in-store and online.
• Merchandising: Shape the consumer experience in-store. Adapt and design retail concepts, coordinate the production of promotional materials, and work closely with sales and design teams to bring our brands to life on the shelves.

We Are Looking For

You are a final-year student at a university, fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Creative & Analytical Minds: You have a strong eye for trends and consumer behavior, backed by a comfortable relationship with data and performance metrics.
• Project Owners: You are an organized self-starter who loves turning ideas into concrete actions, with speed and precision.
