Job summary

NXP Semiconductors’ System Innovations Automotive team on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven is offering a 6+ month internship for HBO Electronics/Embedded Systems students. You will work on real-world challenges in automotive systems, focusing on radar, wireless tech, and in-vehicle networking, under mentor guidance and with hands-on access to hardware and software tools.

This full-time on-site internship requires registered student status for the entire period and offers a path to a Young

  • Education in Electronics/Embedded Systems at HBO level.
  • Experience or background in RF / wireless communications.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

We focus on system-level innovation for automotive applications such as highly automated and safe driving, audio, radar systems, in-vehicle networking, artificial intelligence, battery management systems, and mobile robotics. You are:HBO (higher education) Electronics/Embedded SystemsExperience/Background in RF / wireless communicationsAbility to work independentlyDurationThis is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 months or longer. The assignment could also be suitable as a thesis/graduation project. Please note that to be considered for an internship/working student assignment, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period. This project will be carried out on-site at NXP Semiconductors on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, due to the required high-intensity knowledge transfer and supervision, as well as the availability of specific hardware and software tools.
