What You Will Do and Learn

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will work closely with junior and senior professionals across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), and Debt Advisory transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of M&A, ECM and Debt transactions
• Preparing client presentations and pitch materials
• Building and refining valuation models and financial models
• Conducting industry and market research
• Identifying potential buyers, investors and acquisition targets
• Assisting in due diligence and transaction documentation

You will be actively involved throughout the deal lifecycle and gain direct exposure to live transactions across various industries. This internship provides a unique opportunity to experience the culture and daily operations of a leading independent global investment bank.

Through close collaboration with experienced professionals, you will receive hands-on training and continuous mentorship.

Intern Academy – Structured Investment Banking Training

The internship includes access to a structured training programme designed to accelerate your development in corporate finance.

Training topics include:

• Valuation methodologies (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables)
• Financial modelling
• Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs)
• Due diligence processes
• Transaction structuring and contracting

The Intern Academy is designed to equip the next generation of dealmakers with the technical knowledge and practical insights required to excel in the investment banking and corporate finance industry. Interns gain not only technical expertise but also a clear understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of analysts.
