Hunkemöller invites a third- or fourth-year Bachelor’s student (or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field to join its Global HR team in Hilversum for an inspiring internship. You will contribute to international HR projects and gain hands-on experience shaping people strategy across countries.

You will work four days per week, with three days on-site in Hilversum and a thesis internship possible.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Your opportunity

JoinHunkemöller’sGlobal HR team and gain first-hand experience of how HR strategy is translated into action across an internationalorganisation. You will work closely withour CHROand Global HR Business Coordinator,contribute to global projects and collaborate with colleagues across Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Internal Communications,Rewardsand local HR teams.

What you will work on

• Contribute to global HR projects linked to our People Strategy and help turn ideas into practical, employee-focused solutions.

• Translatepeopledata into clear insights that help improve HR processes, decision-making and the employee experience.

• Support the coordination and communication of our global performance review cycle.

• Help bring international HR events to life, including our Global HR Away Days.

• Create professional, on-brand presentations for senior HR meetings and forums such as the European Works Council.

• Prepare meetings and communications, collect andanalyseinformation, and coordinate with stakeholders across our countries.

• Support projects across Employee Experience,AI,Internal Communications, Rewards & Recognition, and ESG/CSRD social activities.

• Take ownership of selected deliverables and propose improvements where you see a better or simpler way of working.

About you

• You are a third- orfourth-yearBachelor’sstudent, or currently pursuing aMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology,Businessor a related field.

• You are available for at least four days per week and can work from our Hilversum office three days per week. A thesis internship is possible.

• You communicate confidently in written and spoken English.Additionallanguages are an advantage.

• You can manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a structured way.

• You learn quickly, workindependentlyand are comfortable taking ownership.

• You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel to structure information,analysedata and communicate insights.

• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

• You are curious about AI and comfortable using digital tools responsibly.

• You handle sensitive information with care and understand the importance of confidentiality and data privacy.

• You are creative,proactiveand detail-oriented, and you are comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions constructively.

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).

• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,

• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or

• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
