Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Utrecht is offering a Food & Beverage Intern role. You will learn to work across the F&B department, help in service, and prepare restaurants and meeting rooms for guests.

After training you will work independently in one or more F&B areas, maintain contact with kitchen, stewarding, and front office, and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will learn to work all‑round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments. You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, and you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests. You will also maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
