Zusammenfassung

Kapten & Son in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a driven student to join our Benelux marketing team as a content-focused contributor. You will create organic content for our social channels, assist in paid ad creatives, and support influencer collaborations to boost reach and engagement.

This hybrid role offers flextime and work-from-home time, plus opportunities to participate in events, develop campaigns, and grow with a fast-growing D2C brand in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies or comparable field.
• First work experience of less than one year, ideally in marketing, content or social media.
• Some experience producing organic content and/or paid ads content.
• Interest in influencer and UGC campaigns, plus enthusiasm for event work.
• Communicative, empathetic, creative and structured way of working.
• Proficient Dutch and good English skills.

Your Kapten Experience includes

• Produce organic content: You develop your own content for our social media channels and bring your ideas into the content plan.

• Create paid ads content: You support the production of ad creatives that drive reach and engagement.
