Job summary

SPOTONVISION is looking for an ambitious intern to support our B2B marketing team with client projects, content, social media and events in Amsterdam and surrounding areas.

You will work behind the scenes on real marketing activities, from strategy to campaigns, learning hands-on how B2B marketing works in practice. The internship runs January–May 2027, with a monthly allowance and room to learn in a small, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Third-year or fourth-year HBO student studying marketing or related field.
• Based in Amsterdam, Utrecht or nearby, able to travel to Amsterdam.
• Strong Dutch and English writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short copy for social media, websites, campaigns and events.
• Support consultants on client projects.
• Assist SPOTONVISION's own marketing activities.
• Conduct online research for content and campaigns.
• Assist with event promotion, prep and follow-up.
• Use digital tools and AI in marketing.
• Keep content and project materials organized.

Are you studying marketing, communication, creative business or digital marketing in Amsterdam, Utrecht or nearby? And are you looking for a hands-on internship where you can learn how B2B marketing works in practice?

At SPOTONVISION, we are looking for an ambitious intern to support our team with client projects, content, social media and events. You will work behind the scenes on real marketing activities, for our clients and for SPOTONVISION itself.

We are a small B2B marketing agency, so you will quickly see how everything works: from strategy and research to campaigns, content and activation. You will not just observe. You will help, create, organise, think along and learn a lot along the way.

What you will do

You will support the team with activities such as:

• Creating and editing short copy for social media, websites, campaigns and events
• Supporting consultants on client projects
• Helping with SPOTONVISION's own marketing activities
• Doing online research for content, campaigns or target accounts
• Supporting event promotion, preparation and follow-up
• Working with digital tools, AI tools and marketing platforms
• Keeping content and project materials organised

Who we are looking for

You are a good match if you:

• Are a third-year or fourth-year HBO student
• Study in Amsterdam, Utrecht or nearby, or can easily travel to Amsterdam
• Can speak and write well in both Dutch and English
• Enjoy writing and improving short copy
• Are digitally savvy and interested in social media
• Are curious about B2B marketing, content and campaigns
• Are not afraid to use tools, technology and AI
• Are precise, proactive and critical
• Have some workexperiencealready
• Like working in a small, ambitious team

What you will learn

You will learn how B2B marketing works inside a specialist agency. You will gain experience with content creation, social media, events, campaign support, client projects and marketing tools.

You will also get introduced to topics such as buyer personas, customer journeys, account-based marketing, AI in marketing and B2B campaign activation.
