Job summary

A leading snack company based in Breda is offering an internship for an Assistant Digital Content & Activation Manager. The intern will coordinate online assets and create digital content while gaining valuable experience in the E-Commerce department. Seeking motivated candidates who are students or recent graduates in a commercial field, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a strong drive to learn. This full-time position runs for 6 months beginning in July 2025, with a pay of 400€ plus travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a previous internship within a commercial environment is a plus.
• Strong affinity with digital environments and retail e-commerce.
• Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.

We are looking for motivated interns to join our E-Commerce Department!

As an E-Commerce intern you will…

• Assist in coordinating the development of online in‑store assets and optimization of product content with the internal marketing department and external agencies for own and external websites
• Create Digital Content, supporting Mondelēz Brand stores and key activation pages of Mondelēz brands
• Analyze results to continuously test, measure and optimize content
• Execute brand activation plans as part of the overall inline brand strategy via execution of the Perfect Store online and E‑commerce content management
• Follow up of allocated activation budget, including internal systems
• Assist in the analysis of activation plans to drive (ROI) improvement

You might be the one we are looking for if…

• You are a student / recent graduate of a commercial study program or equivalent
• Experience in a previous internship within a commercial environment is a plus
• You are recognized for your strong drive to get things done, can‑do spirit, ability to learn on the fly & structured approach
• You have a strong affinity with digital environments in general & retail e‑commerce specifically
• You have high interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross‑functionally between departments
• You are proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …)
• Experience with graphical programs (Photoshop or alternative) is a plus
• You are fluent in English
• Dutch is a plus

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: 400€ - full time internship (+ travel expenses in case you do not have a student travel card)

• Teleworking: 50/50% approach. Flexibility in days & hours / meetings (between 9‑12 h and 13‑17 h, standard 25 min and 50 min as much as possible)
