Job summary

Unilever in Rotterdam offers a Finance Business Partnering Internship where you will work with finance professionals to support business performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and business partnering while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and markets.

• Available for 5-6 months starting February-March 2027 (minimum 32-40 hours per week).
• Currently enrolled in a (HBO) Dutch university, Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year) or a Master's program.
• Eager to learn, challenge yourself, and take ownership of impactful projects.
• Available to work on site 2-3 days a week at our Rotterdam Office.

Responsibilities

• Supporting financial planning, forecasting and performance management activities to help drive business decision-making.
• Analyzing financial, operational and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and business insights.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, dashboards and presentations that support management reviews and strategic discussions.
• Contributing to performance analyses across areas such as sales, profitability, costs, investments, supply chain operations or business growth initiatives.
• Supporting business cases, investment evaluations and ad hoc analyses to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Tax, and other business functions on cross-functional projects.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve reporting processes through digital tools and analytics solutions.
• Supporting compliance, governance and risk management activities where relevant to the business area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partnering Intern at Unilever, you will work alongside finance professionals to support business performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.
