Unilever in Rotterdam offers a Finance Internship where you will work with finance professionals to drive performance, support decision-making and deliver insights.
You will gain hands-on experience across performance management, forecasting, controlling and analytics in a fast-paced, international environment. This 5–6 month program requires 32-40 hours per week, on-site 2-3 days a week, and provides mentorship and diverse exposure.

As a Finance Intern at Unilever, you will work alongside finance professionals to help drive business performance, support decision-making, and deliver impactful business insights.
You will gain hands‑on experience across different areas of finance, including performance management, financial planning, controlling, business partnering, analytics, and finance transformation.
Depending on the team and business priorities, your responsibilities may include: Supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management activities across business units and functions.
Analyzing financial, operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, dashboards and presentations that support management reviews and business decision‑making.
Contributing to projects focused on financial control, cost management, productivity improvement and business performance optimization.
Supporting the development and automation of reporting processes through digital tools, analytics solutions and AI‑enabled technologies.
Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, HR and other business functions to support business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Conducting business analyses and research to support investment decisions, process improvements and transformation projects.
Assisting with governance, compliance and risk management activities, where relevant to the business area.

Currently enrolled in a (HBO) Dutch university, Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year) or a Master's program

Available to work on site 2-3 days a week at our Rotterdam Office
€625 gross internship allowance per month
Travel reimbursement if you do not have a student travel card
