Job summary

PGS ULLU Paletten in Rijssen, Netherlands, is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on site machinery. You will detect faults quickly, ensure safety and quality compliance, and support the installation of new equipment while managing parts stock and collaborating with operators.

The role requires an MBO technical education, hands-on problem-solving, and a proactive, independent work style with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

Completed technical education (MBO) in a relevant field such as Mechatronics.
Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and preventive maintenance (mechanical & electrical) on site machinery.
Detect and resolve technical faults quickly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations at all times.
Prevent downtime and address potential stoppages promptly.
Maintain maintenance and fault reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist with installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
Monitor stock of parts and place timely orders; manage critical parts.
Provide technical support to operators for proper machine use and basic maintenance.
Keep up with technical innovations and implement maintenance improvements.
Support achievement of operational KPIs in collaboration with other departments.
