YoungCapital NEXT zoekt een International System Install Coordinator in Veldhoven. Je coördineert geavanceerde ASML DUV-systeeminstallaties bij klanten wereldwijd, beheert het hele proces van voorbereiding in Veldhoven tot uiteindelijke oplevering, en zorgt dat kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en kosten doelstellingen raken.

Je werkt nauw samen met internationale support teams en installatie engineers, reisfrequentie 60–80% en rapporteert voortgang en KPI's.

Qualifications

• Een bachelor- of mastergraad in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Industriële techniek
• Ervaring in een hands-on technische omgeving zoals technische ondersteuning of systeeminstallatie
• Sterke projectcoördinatie en kennis van DUV-systemen

Responsibilities

Wat ga je doen?

Start as an International System Install Coordinator in Veldhoven! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating advanced ASML DUV system installations at customer locations worldwide. You will manage the complete installation process, from preparation in Veldhoven through on-site execution and final customer handover, while ensuring that quality, cycle time and cost targets are achieved.

You will work closely with international Customer Support teams, System Install Engineers, technical specialists and local stakeholders. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, manage risks and escalations and secure the resources needed to keep installations on schedule. Because a large part of the role takes place at customer sites abroad, you should be comfortable with 60-80% international travel and working independently in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing installations in Veldhoven and ensuring a smooth transfer to the field.
• Coordinating on-site activities and supporting installation engineers working in different shifts.
• Monitoring progress, quality, cycle time and cost while adjusting daily plans when required.
• Identifying risks, managing escalations and securing the resources and technical support needed.
• Reporting progress and KPIs while ensuring clear communication between customer sites and Veldhoven.
• Capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvements according to strict safety, quality and "first time right" standards.

• Salary: A gross monthly salary between €4,220.20 and €5,275.25, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• Additional compensation: An 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month payment and a 20% performance bonus.

Wat wij vragen

• You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• You have experience in a hands-on technical environment, such as technical support, system performance, equipment installation or field operations.
• You have strong project-coordination skills and technical knowledge of DUV systems or comparable complex high-tech equipment.
• You have experience coordinating highly educated engineers and collaborating with local and international stakeholders.
• You are experienced in progress reporting, customer communication, escalation management and process-improvement projects.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are proactive, independent, customer-focused and able to remain effective under pressure.
• You are flexible regarding international travel, changing schedules, working hours and project scope.
