ASML in Veldhoven zoekt een weekend-incident Engineer System Build voor de assemblage en kwaliteitscontrole van high-tech lithografiesystemen in cleanrooms.

Met een MBO 4-diploma en hands-on ervaring in mechanische montage, mechatronica of aanverwante disciplines, werk je aan de aansluiting en afstelling van onderdelen en ondersteun je de system-build processen.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica, toegepaste natuurkunde, aerospace, elektronica of automotive met relevante werkervaring.
• HBO-diploma in genoemde vakgebieden kan ook; hands-on assembly/kwalificatie-ervaring vereist.
• Aantoonbare affiniteit met systeemmontage en troubleshooting is essentieel.
• Frisse en flexibele teamspeler met kwaliteitsbewustzijn en leergierigheid.

Responsibilities

• Assembleer, pas aan en kwalificeer ASML-producten of subsystemen volgens afgesproken specificaties en levertijden.
• Voer integratiewerk uit: onderdelen wisselen, testen en delicate oppervlakken reinigen.
• Werk in EF MF System Build; montage en kwalificatie van Scanner, Source Build en CO2 milestones.

In our cleanrooms in Veldhoven we assemble, build and deliver complex lithography systems, from prototype to final product. You’ll work in a high-tech environment where standards are high and targets aren’t just aspirational - they’re necessary. This dynamic environment requires skilled manufacturing Engineers. Due to our rapid growth and the need to expand our capabilities in our EUV Factory (EF) we are currently looking for Engineers who want to work during the weekends in a weekend-shift.

Role and responsibilities

We look for candidates who are part of the Build phase of the manufacturing process. You assemble, adjust and qualify ASML products or (sub) systems according to agreed specifications and delivery times. EF MF System Build: The sector EF Manufacturing is responsible both for the production and installation of wafer steppers, scanners and light sources for EUV systems. The department System Build is responsible for the assembly and qualification of the Scanner, Source Build and CO2 milestones. As System Build Engineer Scanner you install and align components for System Build. This integration work includes swapping parts, testing and cleaning delicate high-tech surfaces to make sure the system works according to customer specifications.

Education and experience

You have a MBO 4 degree in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics, Aerospace, Electronics or Automotive Engineering with relevant work experience. Candidates with a HBO degree in the areas mentioned above can also apply, if you have hands-on assembly/qualification experience and experience with diagnosis to high-tech equipment. You like to work with your hands to assemble and make things work. You have hands-on experience with technical assembly in a high-tech or customer service environment, for example as a car mechanic, a construction worker or a technical service employee. Proven affinity with system assembling and troubleshooting is essential.

Other information

Working in Weekend shift schedule

• Office hours on Friday and weekly alternating shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
• Early shift: 6.00-14.30 hour
• Late shift: 13.30-22.00 hour

This position is offered for a one-year period in which you are trained to reach the desired competence level. Depending on performance and business need, the contract will be extended. We want to attract and retain professional knowledge and competencies by offering a competitive compensation and benefits package and let you share in the success that you helped build.

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 47,500 euro and 53,500 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.

Op de vrijdag werk je standaard kantoor tijden. Op zaterdag en zondag werk je per week afwisselend 2 roosters.

• Vroege shift: 6.00-14.30
• Late shift: 13.30-22.00

Deze positie wordt aangeboden met een 1 jaar contract waarin je wordt opgeleid om het juiste competentie niveau te halen. Afhankelijk van je prestatie en de vraag vanuit ons bedrijf wordt het contract verlengd.
