Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking an International On-site Manager for our Poultry Division. You will lead on-site installation of Poultry Solutions, ensuring work is carried out per JBT Marel specifications and project plans, and that customers are satisfied.

You will supervise installations worldwide, coordinate with project teams, customers and subcontractors, manage schedules, and report safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supervising on-site installations.
• Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee installation activities across multiple sites.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

We are recruiting for the position of International On-site Manager for our Poultry Division.

In this role you will be responsible for the on-site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according JBT Marel specification, project plan and to customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in supervising on-site installations, with strong technical know-how.
• Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work activities based on project demands, equipment volume, and personnel capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers and contractors.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report, and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time)
