Job summary

Youwe is seeking an Internal IT Manager to own and evolve our internal IT environment across international offices. You will lead the IT team, partner with the CTO, and translate direction into day-to-day operations, cloud migration, and scalable processes.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud/SaaS expertise, and security governance, with fluency in Dutch and English. This position offers flexible hours and hybrid work across multiple offices worldwide.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or internal IT management.
Experience leading teams and delivering improvements in a complex IT environment.
Proven ability to manage hosting, MSPs, SLAs, contracts, and cost controls.
Strong knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and modern workplace tech.

Responsibilities

Lead the internal IT team and operational agenda across offices.
Build and own a company-wide IT roadmap and backlog.
Ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly IT systems by addressing root causes.
Manage IT suppliers, hosting partners, SLAs, and cost controls.
Lead migration from on-prem to cloud/SaaS and harmonize IT landscape.
Own IT budget, contracts, licenses, and monthly reporting to the COO.
