Job summary

ING Nederland offers an Internal Marketing & Communications Internship within Group & Global Retail Communications. You’ll help translate strategy into compelling internal content and campaigns across countries, gaining hands-on experience in strategic communication, content creation and employee engagement.

You will collaborate with communication professionals across diverse markets, applying marketing principles to inform and inspire colleagues throughout the organization in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Business or related field.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills with audience focus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate ING's strategy, leadership priorities and initiatives into clear, relevant internal communications.
• Create engaging content for internal channels (articles, videos, newsletters, campaigns).
• Support campaigns and employee activations to drive understanding and action.
• Bring fresh ideas from marketing, social media and digital trends to internal comms.
• Assist in preparing leadership events, town halls and other moments.
• Measure communication effectiveness and identify ways to improve reach and impact.
• Explore how AI and new tools can enhance communication.
