Job summary

Dopper is looking for a Supply Chain Intern in Haarlem to join our logistics team. You will learn end-to-end supply chain operations from production to delivery, support order fulfilment, and collaborate with the warehouse to ensure on-time performance.

You’ll also work on your own process-improvement project, guided by your supervisor Lorin, while contributing to a scale-up environment and enjoying team events and campus-like campus atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Currently studying one of the following: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics or related.
• Fluent in Dutch to communicate with local suppliers and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain team with order fulfilment and liaise with the Dopper Warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute to projects to optimize the supply chain (automation, efficiency, new carriers).
• Map and analyse processes to identify improvements.
• Consider country-specific terms and conditions in logistics.
• Participate in organizing internal events as part of the Dopper team.

Drop into the role

During your internship at Dopper you will learn how it is to work in logistics while supporting the Supply Chain team of Dopper. You will learn everything about our supply chain, from the start with the production until the delivery at the right place and moment.

Next to supporting the Supply Chain team, you will also be working on your own project to make improvements on our processes.

Of course, you won't be doing this alone. Lorin, your internship supervisor, will be right there with you!

Mission Objectives:

• Together with the Supply Chain Coordinator, you're responsible for the order fulfillment, and keep close contact with the Dopper Warehouse to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• You will provide support in projects to help Dopper optimize their Supply Chain (i.e. automation, efficiency, researching new sustainable carriers).
• You will map and analyse processes and determine where there is room for improvement.
• You take specific logistic terms and conditions per country into account.
• You are part of the Dopper party crew where you will be organising internal parties.

This is you, right?

• You are currently studying Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management (Technische Bedrijfskunde in Dutch), Logistics, or something related and are looking for an internship or graduation internship.
• You are living in the Netherlands at the time of the internship.
• You are available for a minimum of 5 months, for 32 or 40 hours per week as from February 1, 2027
• For this specific internship, it is necessary you are fluent in Dutch as you will be speaking to our Dutch suppliers and partners.
• You love analysing problems and are very communicative.
• You would describe yourself as flexible and look forward to work in a scale-up environment.
