stichd BV is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to join the Commercial Excellence team in the Netherlands. You will assist in training delivery, manage manuals and work instructions, and help with internal communications across SharePoint and newsletters.

Based in the Netherlands, the internship requires 32–40 hours per week for 4–6 months, with a monthly internship allowance. You will gain hands-on experience in learning, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

The Job

We are looking for an eager and organized Learning & Development Intern to join our Commercial Excellence team, supporting Learning initiatives within Sales Support. Are you structured, proactive, and interested in how training and communication come together in a corporate environment? Then this internship could be a great fit for you. You will work closely with the L&D Coordinator and collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Support. Your focus will be on supporting training delivery, coordinating learning materials such as manuals and work instructions, and contributing to internal communication platforms like SharePoint and newsletters. Through this role, you will gain hands on experience in Learning & Development, process documentation, and internal communications within an international organization. The team is responsible for driving learning initiatives, improving knowledge accessibility, and supporting continuous improvement across Sales Support globally.

Your Mission

• Support administrative L&D tasks such as planning, tracking, documentation and follow‑up of training feedback, participation or survey results.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions.
• Contribute to ongoing and future training program initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate and support the maintenance and creation of manuals and work instructions in collaboration with subject‑matter experts and process owners.
• Support internal communication platforms within Sales Support (SharePoint pages, newsletters, learning updates).
• Help structure, update, and optimize learning and communication content to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Contribute to innovation and optimization projects led by Commercial Excellence.

Your Talent

• HBO or WO level studies, 2nd year or higher.
• Available full‑time (32‑40 hours).
• Minimum of 4 months, 6 months is preferred.
• Interest in Learning & Development, training, communication or process improvement.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) or eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and service‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Internship is based in the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
