Job description

The Job

In Fanwear we work with brands that people don’t just buy, they follow. From the speed, energy and emotion of Formula 1 and motorsport to the passion surrounding football: our products are made for fans. As part of the Go-to-Market Fanwear team, you’ll work across two sides of the GTM journey. You’ll help us prepare for what’s next, supporting the seasonal sell‑in process and bringing new collections to life through inspiring showroom experiences, strong sales tools and high-impact customer meetings. You’ll work right in the middle of that process, connecting product, brand and commercial storytelling and helping Sales turn a collection into a pitch that makes an impact. At the same time, you’ll be right in the middle of what’s happening right now. You’ll help keep our global launch calendar on track and coordinate the content needed by our B2B customers and internal B2C e‑commerce teams, helping make sure products and campaigns go live across markets at the right moment. No two weeks will look exactly the same. One moment you might be helping prepare the showroom for a new season, the next you’re building customer-facing materials, working with the latest samples, updating the global launch calendar, chasing the content needed for an upcoming launch, or making sure our B2B customers and B2C e‑commerce teams have everything ready to go live at the right moment. And along the way, you’ll help us spot opportunities to make our GTM setup smarter for the next round. If you like the idea of working behind the scenes of global fanwear and actually helping make things happen, this could be a good place to start your engines.

Your Mission

Help us create and improve our seasonal showroom experience, giving Sales the right environment to tell the product, brand and commercial story. Support the development of sell‑in materials, from showroom layouts and POS elements to catalogues. Help shape the full customer journey, from creating engaging invitation decks to developing tailored content and aftercare ideas that keep the story going. Help keep our sample flow, storage and preparation organised and running smoothly. Help build our GTM Showroom Experience Manual, bringing together everything from setup and takedown to milestones, timelines, preparation, POS production and storage.

Your Talent

We’re not expecting you to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for someone who’s curious, organised and ready to jump in. You’re currently studying Marketing or a related field. You’re available from February for 32–40 hours per week. You’re enrolled at a Dutch educational institution and looking for a work‑along internship as part of your studies. The role is highly hands‑on and therefore best suited to a practical internship rather than a research‑focused graduation assignment. An interest in F1, motorsport and/or football definitely helps. If race weekends or matchdays get you excited, even better. You’re comfortable in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can change. You communicate well and know how to keep things organised. You can work independently, but you’re just as comfortable jumping into something together with the team. You’re digitally savvy and curious to learn new tools. Some basic Photoshop skills are useful, but you definitely don’t need to be an expert. You ask questions when you need to rather than sitting stuck in the pit lane. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and understand that some of the products and information you’ll work with are confidential.

This internship is based in the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

We Offer
  • Internship allowance of €400,- (MBO) or €500,- (HBO) based on full-time
  • Enough free fruit for you daily vitamins
  • Provided lunch for low cost
  • Employee discount on the PUMA, Levi’s, Fuelforfans and BMW Lifestyle websites
  • International working environment with colleagues of more than 50 different nationalities
  • Wellbeing activities (f.e. yoga, pilates and bootcamp and a gym)
  • Internship based in the Netherlands; you are expected to arrange and cover your own travel (e.g., using your student travel card).
