Job summary

Dopper is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our Brand Communications & Impact team in the Netherlands. You will optimize website content, boost search visibility, and drive high-quality traffic through our channels.

You’ll also analyze user behavior and support digital campaigns to turn insights into action, helping more people discover and engage with Dopper. You’ll work closely with Jeanne, your internship supervisor, and gain hands-on experience across CMS platforms like Magento 2,

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a European school and following an HBO or university course in Marketing and Communications or Economics & Business.
• You are looking for an internship experience; graduation internships are unavailable. Only universities in the Netherlands.
• Available for a minimum of 5 months, 32 or 40 hours per week starting February 1, 2027.
• English language skills are strong; Dutch not mandatory; French, German or Spanish are a plus.
• You are digital-loving and data-driven.
• You are flexible and enjoy a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize mission-driven content across the website and shops with consistent messaging across languages.
• Work with the Content Management System to build and publish landing pages, campaign pages, and digital content.
• Dive into SEO and GEO, optimise on-page technical SEO, and monitor search-visibility with SEMrush and Google Search Console.
• Collect and organise insights from Google Analytics 4 and ContentSquare to drive improvements across digital channels.
• Analyse competitors’ campaigns and report findings to help optimize future campaigns and launches.
• Provide Editorial with search trends and learnings to shape the content calendar.

As an intern, you’ll be a valuable member of our Brand Communications & Impact team: helping to grow Dopper’s digital presence and reach. From creating and optimising website content to improving search visibility, analysing user behaviour and supporting digital campaigns, you’ll turn insights into action and help more people discover, engage with and choose Dopper.

Mission Objectives

• You support in creating, managing, and optimising mission-driven and service content across our website and shops, ensuring consistent messaging across all languages.

• You work with our Content Management System, to build and publish landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital content.

• You dive into the world of SEO and GEO, taking ownership of tasks such as optimising on-page technical SEO and monitoring our search-visibility performances, with the help of tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.

• You learn to collect and organise insights from Google Analytics 4 and ContentSquare, helping to drive improvements and impact across our digital channels.

• You execute ad benchmarks by analysing competitors’ campaigns and report on your findings to help the team optimise future campaigns and launches.

• You provide the Editorial team with search trends and learnings to help them shape their content calendar.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a European school and following an HBO or university course in either Marketing and Communications or Economics & Business.

• You are looking for an experience internship. Due to the nature of this internship, we unfortunately cannot do graduation internships. Only universities in the Netherlands.

• You are available for a minimum of 5 months, for 32 or 40 hours per week as from February 1, 2027.

• Your language skills are amazing, especially in English. Dutch is not mandatory. French, German or Spanish would be considered a plus.

• You love everything digital & are data-driven.

• You would describe yourself as flexible and look forward to work in a scale-up environment.
