Job summary

Nemho, a center for innovation in Weert, invites a bachelor or master student in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry to join its R&D team for an internship focused on biobased thermoset resins for HPL processes.

You will formulate resins, study reactivity, formulation stability and the properties imparted on final panels, working hands-on in a lab and collaborating with engineers and chemists to drive sustainable materials development.

Qualifications

• Final-year bachelor or master student in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Interest in lab work and safety in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate biobased thermoset resins for HPL processes.
• Assess resin reactivity and formulation stability.
• Evaluate properties imparted on final HPL panels.
• Work hands-on in a laboratory setting with a cross-disciplinary team.
