Qualifications

  • 4th year Bachelor or Master student with classes on packaging design/technology/polymers/fiber/sustainability/LCA: Packaging Engineering/Technology Chemistry Engineering Packaging Sustainability Food Technology
  • Knowledge in packaging materials, packaging process, packaging legislations, packaging end of life process, and packaging lab tests
  • You are analytical, can take initiative and ownership, can work independently, have good time management and problem-solving skills, and show adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Participate in new packaging design & materials development and support sustainable packaging projects (Rigid, Flexible, Fiber-based Packaging, Decarbonization)
  • Stand up small packaging projects independently and manage tasks
  • Estimate material costs and investments; benchmark; conduct Life Cycle Analysis and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Engage with suppliers and participate in meetings to scout technologies and solutions
