Job summary

2getthere is seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager for an initial 6–12 month assignment in Utrecht, the Netherlands, with a potential extension. You will lead ATS delivery and core platform development projects, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and senior management.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary, international environment, travelling up to 20–30% as needed and collaborating closely with the Head of Projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager in a multi-disciplinary technical setting.
• Experience in international, complex project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Available as an independent contractor.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATS application and core platform development projects from initiation to completion, on time and on budget in an international project environment.
• Secure and organise project resourcing in coordination with functional leads.
• Align and prioritise project team activities with overall project goals.
• Own certification and authorisation milestones and coordinate with safety assurance teams and authorities.
• Prepare and present project reporting to the steering committee and management.
