Job summary

Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen zoekt een tijdelijk Implementatie- en Procescoördinator ter ondersteuning van de Unit Lead tijdens de implementatie van de nieuwe organisatie. Je bewaakt planning, risico’s en beslismomenten, bevordert communicatie en betrokkenheid, en documenteert lessen en verbeterpunten.

Je werkt binnen de Partnership Unit van de Internationale Hulpverlening in Nederland; de rol is tijdelijk en gericht op een gestructureerd, transparant en voorspelbaar verandertraject.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met implementatie, veranderings-/herhuisingsprocessen.
• Ervaring met procescoördinatie, planning en opvolging van acties en besluiten.
• Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden, inclusief het identificeren en documenteren van procesverbeteringen.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholder management.
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken terwijl je vertrouwen, afstemming en betrokkenheid over teams bouwt.
• Hulpvaardigheid zit in je DNA.

Responsibilities

• Coördineer het implementatieproces door te bewaken planning, fasering, mijlpalen, afhankelijkheden en belangrijke beslissingsmomenten.
• Bewaak voortgang, risico's, bottlenecks, capaciteitsissues en werkbelasting; adviseer de Unit Lead over vervolgstappen.
• Coördineer implementatie-activiteiten tussen management, HR en betrokken collega’s; volg afspraken en go/no-go momenten.
• Ondersteun duidelijke communicatie, employee engagement en feedbackmomenten tijdens de implementatiefase.
• Documenteer bottlenecks, opgedane lessen, rolomschrijvingen en verbeterkansen voor de nieuwe organisatie.

Omschrijving functie werkzaamheden

36-40 hours per week | The Hague | September 2026 – June 2027

Are you strong in creating structure, keeping complex processes on track and supporting clear communication during organizational change? The Partnership Unit is looking for a temporary Implementation and Process Coordinator to support the Unit Lead during the implementation of the new organizational structure. In this role, you will monitor planning, risks, decisions and follow-up, support communication and employee engagement, and document lessons and process improvements for the new organization.

#### Where are you going to work?

You will work in the Partnership Unit within the International Assistance division of the Netherlands Red Cross. The Partnership Unit is entering an important transition phase. In 2026, a new organizational structure was developed, to be implemented from 1 January 2027. The coming period will focus on careful implementation, continuity of services to partner countries, clear communication, employee engagement and a well-managed change process.You will report to the Unit Lead Partnership Unit and work closely with management, HR and colleagues involved in the implementation process. The role is temporary and focused on supporting a structured, transparent and predictive implementation process.

What are your core tasks going to be?

In this role, you act as a process coordinator and advisor to the Unit Lead. You help ensure that the implementation process is well structured, transparent and predictable.

• Coordinate the implementation process by monitoring the planning, phasing, milestones, dependencies and key decision moments.
• Monitor progress, risks, bottlenecks, capacity issues and workload concerns, and advise the Unit Lead on follow-up where needed.
• Coordinate implementation activities between management, HR and involved colleagues, including tracking agreements, action points and go/no-go moments.
• Support clear communication, employee engagement and feedback moments throughout the implementation period.
• Document existing process bottlenecks, lessons learned, role clarifications and improvement opportunities so these can be handed over to the new organization.

This role does not include line management responsibilities, personnel decisions, determining the final organizational design, developing alternative organizational scenarios, representing specific function groups or interests, or replacing the Unit Lead, PSC, PDC or RR roles.

You can use it to withdraw a holiday allowance, extra holidays or an end of year bonus. You will also have a laptop and mobile phone at your disposal.Our office is in the Hague, walking distance from the Laan van NOI station.
