Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international manufacturing organization in Amsterdam to fill an FP&A Analyst role on an initial 4-6 month assignment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on FP&A experience, be proactive, and quickly take ownership of day-to-day financial analysis and reporting.

The assignment requires ~3 years of finance experience within manufacturing, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years' finance experience including FP&A.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Exposure to inventory analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication with international stakeholders.
• Must have right-to-work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day FP&A activities, including financial analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Support inventory analysis and reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and year-end activities.
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
• Work closely with the wider finance team and stakeholders.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and reporting deadlines are met.
• Learn processes quickly and provide practical support.
