Job summary

Care Professionals is seeking a finance professional to consolidate and report on monthly, quarterly and annual statutory accounts in the Netherlands. You will work closely with management to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

You will monitor changes in reporting requirements, coordinate tax filings with specialists, support treasury and audit activities, and help automate processes to strengthen the control environment across the group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and annual statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor financial-reporting developments and implement new requirements accurately and on time.
• Coordinate tax filings in conjunction with tax specialists.
• Support treasury, credit control and payment activities.
• Contribute to the annual and interim audit processes.
• Improve the German ledger process.
• Maintain and improve the financial control environment.
• Work with key function holders to understand and document financial data and processes.
• Improve and automate reporting, processes and procedures.
• Contribute to finance and business projects and provide other ad hoc support where required.
