Job summary

Primus Connect in Amsterdam is seeking an Interim Director of Data & AI Transformation to mobilize an enterprise-wide programme, translating vision into an executable roadmap and establishing governance, operating model and delivery disciplines to drive measurable business value.

You will work closely with the COO, Executive Board and Technology leadership to deliver rapid momentum and ensure a smooth transition of capability into permanent teams, with strong on-site collaboration in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate strategy into an executable roadmap with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client’s enterprise Data & AI Transformation.
• Mobilise a blended team of senior specialists and secure executive alignment.
• Establish programme governance and reporting to the Executive Board.
