Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in The Hague seeks an Intelligence Capabilities Project Manager to oversee multiple programmes, coordinate planning, scheduling and risk management, and prepare governance reporting for CPP and NSIP.

The role requires NATO Secret clearance, experience in defence/intelligence contexts, and close liaison with multinational stakeholders. Applicants should be able to manage governance documents and provide clear status reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience in defence, intelligence, or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance fundamentals including biometrics, identity intelligence, process exploitation dissemination (PED), collection management, enterprise intelligence services, and data‑centric security.
• Experience coordinating with ACO stakeholders including Joint Force Commands, SHAPE, and multinational stakeholders.

• Providing project management oversight for multiple Intelligence Capabilities projects.
• Leading planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination activities.
• Preparing governance documentation and reporting for CPP and NSIP.
