Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking a seasoned professional to relocate to the United States (Norfolk, VA) to support capability programmes across multi-domain effects. You will brief senior leaders, manage complex projects, and coordinate with international partners to synchronise actions and validate capabilities.

The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, multiple years of defence experience, and fluent English. Year-on-year engagement is expected, with extensive collaboration and workshops.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent military college in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve integrating and synchronising effects, particularly non-kinetic ones.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to multi-domain and joint effects.
• Supporting the projects themselves, including the fires integration line of effort.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing courses of action where they conflict.
• Organising and taking part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintaining programme status information and supporting capability validation.
