Booking.com is seeking an Insurance & Protection professional to manage and expand our product portfolio, ensuring travellers have peace of mind when booking any part of their trip. Role involves collaborating with tech, product, design, data, and legal teams to drive growth and compliance across a multi-product ecosystem.

The 12-month FTC offers potential conversion to permanent and requires strong ownership, market insight, and stakeholder management within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience working in a regulated industry with knowledge of risk management and compliance.
• Strong commercial problem solving, analysis and decision-making with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support management and growth of insurance and protection products across the BAU and initiatives.
• Lead reviews of product performance and propose enhancements and iterations.
• Own complex initiatives end-to-end and drive solutions.
• Coordinate dependencies across Insurance & Protection and other departments.
• Collaborate with external insurance carriers to develop new offerings.
• Deliver materials for business reviews and board updates.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform strategy and design.
