Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an Insurance & Protection professional to support and grow insurance products and protect offerings within the Trips business unit. The role covers end-to-end initiatives, regulatory collaboration, and cross-functional alignment to ensure a seamless traveler experience.

The 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to convert to permanent, with hybrid work in the Netherlands and a focus on market-leading protection products.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience working in a regulated industry with risk management knowledge.
• Strong commercial problem solving and ownership capabilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of insurance and protection products with cross-functional teams.
• Lead reviews of product and commercial performance and propose enhancements.
• Own complex initiatives end-to-end and drive to solutions.
• Collaborate with external brokers/partners to develop new offerings.
• Deliver materials for business reviews and board updates.
• Support strategic priorities and licensing/regulatory strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track project status.
