Job summary

All Options is seeking a driven Institutional Trader to manage large orders across European options markets. You will engage brokers and liquidity providers, analyze market conditions, and execute strategies with internal teams to optimize pricing, access, and flow.

From day one you’ll be exposed to live trading, with ownership opportunities and a direct impact on outcomes. A commercially minded, decisive, and curious mindset is essential, along with experience in fast-paced derivatives trading.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in trading or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of options and derivatives markets.
• Hands-on experience interacting with brokers and counterparties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English fluency is required.
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence outcomes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of trades.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and detail orientation.

Job description

We are looking for a driven Institutional Trader to join our trading team, with a focus on managing and executing large orders across European Options Markets. The role sits at the intersection of trading, relationship management, and market analysis, with a strong emphasis on achieving high-quality execution through external brokers and counterparties.

You will work closely with internal trading teams while building and maintaining relationships with brokers and liquidity providers. Using information gathered from brokers and counterparties, together with your own judgement and analysis, you will help drive trading decisions and execution.

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, decisive under pressure, and naturally curious about market behaviour. From day one, you will be exposed to live trading activity, with opportunities to take ownership and make an immediate impact.
