Qualifications

• Significant experience in Insights & Analytics, Commercial Insights or related function.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments preferred.
• Act as a strategic partner to marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi-country cluster with multicultural exposure.
• Hands-on in two or more: KPI interpretation, forecasting, sales analytics, market research, ROI.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent cluster insight-to-action rhythm with reviews and analysis.
• Translate analytics into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Advise on resource allocation, targeting, and channel mix.
• Drive adoption of standardized KPIs, dashboards, and templates.
• Contextualize analytics with local market intelligence and field feedback.
• Collaborate with Finance to strengthen forecasting with local assumptions.
• Support interpretation of forecast ranges and scenario planning.
• Lead commercial operations processes, including segmentation and territory alignment.
• Oversee Sales Incentive Plan governance and standardization.
• Coordinate market research input into standardized programs.
