Job summary

Takeda Nederland bv is seeking an Insights & Analytics Lead to act as the analytics business partner for the Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland cluster. You’ll translate standardized analytics into local actions, drive adoption of KPIs and dashboards, and contextualize insights for decision-making.

You’ll partner with Finance to strengthen forecasting, support product launches, and lead commercial analytics processes across the cluster. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Significant analytics, forecasting, and commercial insights experience.
Pharma or regulated environment experience preferred.
Strategic partner to marketing and commercial stakeholders.
Experience in multi-country cluster environments.

Responsibilities

Lead cluster insights-to-action rhythm with monthly/quarterly reviews.
Contextualize analytics into clear business narratives and actions.
Promote standardized KPIs, templates, dashboards, and measurement frameworks.
Coordinate market research programs and translate findings into actions.
Oversee Sales Incentive Plan governance and KPI standardization.
