Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH seeks an Inside Account Manager Service Sales to strengthen customer relationships and raise service levels within the Ocean division for the Benelux region. You will sell service products, manage a customer portfolio, and drive orders through proactive engagement and digital channels.

The role emphasizes aftersales, proactive account management, and collaboration with Sales, Technical Support, and other departments.

Qualifications

HBO level or equivalent work thinking required.
Affinity with technical products and a proactive, commercial mindset.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Sell service products and services for the Ocean division within Benelux.
Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio, primarily remotely.
Develop and execute a sales plan and guide commercial cycles from first meeting to orders.
Maintain active customer contact via digital channels; visit customers when needed.
Utilize CRM and dashboarding solutions and contribute to tooling improvements.
Monitor market developments and translate insights into enhanced sales plans.
