Job summary

HQ Pack in Eindhoven is seeking a Sales Employee for the Service Center to support the sales process with quotes, information, and order processing.

You will be the first point of contact for existing customers, handle orders and complaints, inform about delivery times and scheduling, and assist with invoicing and process improvements in a warm, family‑owned setting, offering a diverse, international work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing quotes and handling order movements.
• Experience with contracts and file administration.
• Customer service and complaint handling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes to existing customers.
• Monitor sales contracts and manage file administration.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with account managers.
• Inform customers about delivery times, scheduling, reconfirmations, and order movements.
• Execute sales administration, including credits notes and proofs of delivery.
• Support debtor monitoring and maintain customer relationships.
• Confirm, enter, and approve orders via the ERP system.
• Handle written communications to customers regarding orders and planning.
• Maintain and process weekly invoices and compile standard reports.
