Job summary

Our client, a well-established international manufacturer of electronic components, seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to grow the Benelux business from the Overijssel region. You will be the technical and commercial contact for customers, distributors and prospective OEM clients.

The role offers hybrid office presence with weekly office visits or 2/3 days per month on-site travel paid by the company. Averages include salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month with a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory.
Technical education is preferred.
Experience in technical sales, inside sales or business development in electronics or related fields.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with OEM and EMS customers in the Benelux market (70%).
Identify and generate new business opportunities across Dutch and Flemish markets (30%).
Qualify inbound enquiries and conduct outbound prospecting.
Promote a broad portfolio of electronic components and solutions.
Prepare quotations and support customers through the sales process.
Discuss applications and advise on products like fuses, connectors, power entry modules, EMC filters and circuit protection.
