eLstar Dynamics Asia Ltd. in Eindhoven is seeking a hands-on Test & Ink Formulation Engineer to drive ink development from concept to lab-scale, characterize and test stability, and validate performance in smart glass systems.

You will work with ink and product qualification teams, lead formulation developments, and guide technical direction in a full-time office-based role in Eindhoven.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of chemistry and materials behaviour.
Experience in test engineering for ink formulations.
Hands-on development from concept to lab scale.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test methods and protocols to validate ink performance.
Support ink formulation from concept through lab-scale development.
Collaborate with ink and product qualification teams to direct formulation development.
