Job summary

ENTER, an international technology company, invites you to join its Venlo R&D site as a Print Process Developer. You will explore the physics behind inkjet printing, investigate interactions of ink, printheads, media and drying, and use experiments to improve print quality and develop new applications.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team with physicists, chemists, engineers and software developers, translating scientific insights into robust product technology and practical printing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of physics and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
• Hands-on experimental mindset and confidence with measurement equipment.
• Ability to model physical behaviour using calculations and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to testing hypotheses.
• Interest in translating scientific understanding into reliable product technology.
• Ability to collaborate across technical disciplines and communicate results clearly.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Investigate how ink, printheads, media, drying and other parts of the printing process interact to improve print quality.
• Combine experiments, data analysis and physical modelling to turn scientific insights into useful technology.
• Work in a hands-on R&D role, testing ideas on real printing systems and translating findings into robust solutions.
