Job summary

Wefabricate is seeking a Process Owner Injection Molding to be the technical owner of the entire injection molding process. You will define the roadmap, guarantee quality and stability, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Project teams and Operations to industrialize new products and molds. You will set standards for machine programming, material selection, and process parameters, and translate new developments in injection

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience with injection molding processes.
Thorough knowledge of plastics and material behavior.

Responsibilities

Define the technical vision and roadmap for Injection Molding.
Guard process standards, quality, stability and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Support and guide engineering and projects on industrialization of new products.
Set standards for machine programming, material choice, and process parameters.
Analyze structural process problems and implement lasting improvements.
Organize knowledge sharing, documentation, and standardization.
