Job summary

What you will do

As our Finance Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial and operational processes within AME. You help ensure that our administration is accurate, up to date and well organised.

Working closely with the finance team and other colleagues across the organisation, you will support a variety of administrative processes. From processing invoices and maintaining supplier information to supporting bank administration and reporting, you enjoy working accurately and keeping things organised.

Your work will include processing and checking invoices, maintaining supplier and administrative information, and supporting bank and credit card administration. You will make sure that information is complete, correctly documented and up to date. You will also support the preparation of standard reports and work with Excel and SAP to help keep our financial and operational processes organised.

Who are you?

• You have an MBO or HBO background in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a similar field.
• You are available for a full-time position.
