Job summary

Madello in The Hague, Netherlands seeks an I&A Manager to lead a team of seven and shape ICT policy and information management.

You will advise management, represent I&A in cross-functional projects, and drive professionalization of processes, strategies, and systems. The role combines people leadership with hands-on ICT strategy and governance.

As I&A Manager, you'll lead a team of seven employees and be responsible for developing and implementing I&A policy. You'll fulfill both a facilitating and policy-setting role for the organization and provide comprehensive advice on network, applications, telephony, and information management. You'll be the point of contact for management and stakeholders, represent I&A in organization-wide projects, and contribute to the further professionalization of processes, strategies, and systems.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the I&A team (6.6 FTE)
• Developing and implementing ICT and information strategies
• Facilitating information management, including privacy and data security
• Further developing contract management and supplier management
• Implementing migration projects (including to Exact Online) and harmonizing systems
• Developing and monitoring management reports and Power BI dashboards
• Optimizing processes and strengthening business partnerships with internal customers
• Advising management and contributing to strategic decision-making

Requirements

Job requirements:

• Completed higher professional education in management, business administration, computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as an ICT/information technology manager
• At least 2 years of experience within an ICT department of a government organization or related organization
• Experience with implementing ICT strategies, including team development, harmonization and integration of systems

Prerequisites:

• More than 11 years of experience as an ICT/information technology manager
• Multiple references from implementation projects of ICT strategies
• Additional certificates/training in a secondary field (ICT or management)
