Job summary

The Information Analyst bridges the gap between business operations and the IT team, focusing on designing and specifying data and software products in the AWS cloud for the Uptime Services department. This role is essential for creating solutions that add value to the organization.

Hybrid work: 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely in Eindhoven. Start ASAP for a 5 to 6 month contract with extension possibilities.

Qualifications

• Technical HBO / Academic education required.
• Prior experience as an information, system, or technical business analyst preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business questions into system solutions.
• Proficient documentation and visualization skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Define functional system requirements for new solutions on the Platform.
• Create functional designs for solutions to be implemented by the development team, ensuring clear communication and organizational alignment.
• Analyze current systems and processes proactively and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support the functional application manager in developing test scenarios to validate solution functionality.

• Define functional system requirements for new solutions on the Platform.
• Create functional designs for solutions to be implemented by the development team, ensuring clear communication and organizational alignment.
• Analyze current systems and processes proactively and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support the functional application manager in developing test scenarios to validate solution functionality.
