We’re looking for an experienced Information Analyst to support the redesign of data‑driven communication processes within a complex, highly regulated environment.
You’ll work at the intersection of data, processes and client‑facing communication, helping translate complex information into clear, structured outputs that can be used consistently across systems. The focus is on defining data agreements, specifications and handover models that enable scalable, repeatable monthly delivery.
About the Role
- 38 hours per week
- Support the transition to a modern, visually structured form of client communication.
- Define and document data agreements between source applications and downstream communication systems.
- Create detailed specifications (blueprints) describing structure, content variants and required data elements.
- Translate business and legal requirements into clear functional and data models.
- Work closely with content specialists, analysts and development teams to align deliverables.
- Ensure outputs are documented, transferred and embedded for long‑term reuse.
- Operate independently while connecting multiple stakeholders to reach shared outcomes.
- Work in an Agile environment with recurring, structured delivery cycles.
About You
- HBO or university‑level education, preferably in ICT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Information Analyst and/or Data Analyst.
- Strong background working within public‑sector or government organisations.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile ways of working.
- Experience creating structured data specifications (e.g. schemas, blueprints or comparable models).
- Able to work independently and bring subject‑matter experts together.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
