StreamLadder in Groningen is seeking an ambitious creator partnerships intern to help build and manage relationships with content creators and brands in the streaming space. This hybrid role sits between marketing and commercial activities, involving outreach, negotiations, and collaboration with partners across languages and markets.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or something adjacent.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages preferred.
• Comfortable negotiating and finding win-win outcomes.
• Creative and able to provide feedback on content ideas.
• Proactive with the ability to manage own workload.
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and able to use them effectively.
• Genuine interest in the creator/streaming space.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to relevant creators (small to large) across platforms.
• Manage day-to-day communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns.
• Negotiate content deals and deliverables in line with our budgets and goals.
• Brief creators on brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Explore and develop partnerships with other companies in the streaming space.
• Track campaign performance and report on results.
• Use AI tools to help scale and streamline your workflows (research, outreach drafts, reporting, etc.)

About the role

We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven intern to help us build and manage relationships with content creators and companies in the streaming space. This is a hybrid role sitting between marketing and commercial: you'll be reaching out, negotiating, and collaborating with partners across different sizes and languages.
