Job summary

Nebius Group ищет менеджера по Influencer Marketing для развития Nebius Certification в профессиональных сообществах и установления долгосрочных отношений с создателями и экспертами в индустрии. Ваша задача — строить стратегию, координировать кампании и обеспечивать консистентность сообщений по всему Nebius экосистеме.

Требуется 3+ лет опыта в маркетинге, умение работать с CRM/HubSpot, английский не ниже B2, интерес к AI и облачным продуктам.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в product marketing или смежных ролях.
• Умение руководить маркетинговыми кампаниями.
• Опыт работы с CRM и инструментами автоматизации маркетинга (пример HubSpot).
• Сильные навыки кросс-функционального взаимодействия.
• Уровень владения английским не ниже B2.
• Понимание AI-продуктов или интерес к ним приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию инфлюенсер и сообщества маркетинга для Nebius Certification.
• Идентифицировать, привлекать и управлять отношениями с техничными авторами и экспертами.
• Строить партнерства с сообществами разработчиков, митапами, конференциями, вузами и партнерами.
• Разрабатывать кампании инфлюенсеров для повышения осведомленности и Adoption сертификации.
• Разрабатывать программы амбассадоров и адвокации для поддержки сообщества.
• Координировать сотрудничество через соцсети, видео, подкасты, рассылки и события.
• Сотрудничать с Product Marketing, Content и Product для единообразия месседжинга.
• Измерять ROI инфлюенсер кампаний, отслеживая охват, вовлеченность и конверсии.
• Дидентифицировать новые сообщества и возможности в AI и облачной экосистеме.
• Представлять Nebius Certification на мероприятиях, вебинарах и встречах.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to grow the presence of Nebius Certification within relevant professional communities and build long-term relationships with creators, industry experts, and ecosystem partners. These initiatives should align with our broader business goals, helping us attract technical professionals and drive adoption across the Nebius ecosystem.

• Develop and execute the influencer and community marketing strategy for Nebius Certification.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with technical creators, AI practitioners, educators, and industry experts.
• Build long-term partnerships with developer communities, meetups, conferences, universities, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and certification adoption.
• Develop ambassador and advocacy programs to encourage community-led promotion of Nebius Certification.
• Coordinate collaborations across social media, video platforms, podcasts, newsletters, events, and other relevant channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
• Measure the performance of influencer and community initiatives, tracking reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously identify emerging communities, creators, and partnership opportunities within the AI and cloud ecosystem.
• Represent Nebius Certification at industry events, conferences, webinars, and community meetups when appropriate.

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
• Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
• Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
