LOAVIES is seeking an Influencer Marketeer in Zwolle to identify relevant influencers, establish collaborations, and manage campaigns across Europe. You will join the Influencer Marketing Team and help grow brand presence while upholding LOAVIES’ image.

The role emphasizes relationship building with influencers and data-driven campaign optimization. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in influencer marketing within digital fashion retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion trends,

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with influencers and agencies to craft creative concepts, mechanics, and KPIs, and define budgets.
• Manage interactions and personalize relationships with influencers.
• Monitor campaigns and scale influencer collaborations.
• Handle project follow-ups: deadlines, deliverables, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization and end-of-campaign reports.

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketeer who has knowledge of social influencers and the latest fashion trends. Your work largely consists of approaching social influencers in order to subsequently set up successful collaborations. You will be part of our Influencer Marketing Team and shape our European-wide mission to inspire young fashion minded to feel confident inside and out from an Influence Marketing steering point, reporting to the Head Of Campaign Marketing. Every day you are busy with identifying relevant influencers and ensure the operational implementation of influencer marketing campaigns while ensuring the brand image of LOAVIES. You will also analyze success metrics and derive learnings to continue to grow our community and influencer partnerships!

You will be responsible for

• In collaboration with influencers and agencies, conceive and write recommendations by proposing creative concepts, mechanics, media coverage, KPIs to achieve and budget;
• Manage interactions and personalize relationships with influencers;
• Monitor campaigns and manage influencers at scale;
• Carrying out project follow-up: meeting deadlines, receiving elements, optimizing;
• Ensure the follow-up of campaign performance: analysis, optimization proposals and end-of-campaign report.

About you

You're on top of the latest social media and influence trends every day. It is safe to say that it's your second language. You are a go-getterand when it comes to work, you are very flexible. Next to that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable to speak with Influencers and Agencies on a weekly basis.You also:

• Completed a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, influencer marketing, or social media;
• Speak Dutch at native level, English at professional level;
• Have a solid understanding of how different social media channels work and how to diversify and optimize their use;
• Have 2+ years of experience in influence marketing in a digital retail business, knowledge of the e-commerce fashion sector is a plus;
• Bring excellent project management skills: a successful track record of project delivery and pay high attention to detail to ensure flawless quality;
• Practical:available for 38 hours (fulltime) and starting in January(other
