Job summary

Job Invest B.V. busca un operario industrial de spray para pintar housings y componentes plásticos de alta calidad en un entorno moderno.

Te encargarás de la preparación de piezas y la aplicación de pinturas base, tanto al agua como solventes, en dos turnos: 6:00-14:15 y 14:00-22:15.

Ofrecen 2.800 € al mes más 13% de complemento por turno, ambiente colaborativo, proyección de crecimiento y proyectos para sectores exigentes.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en un puesto técnico, preferible en plásticos.
• Experiencia con pintado húmedo/spraying.
• Disposición para trabajar en dos turnos.

Responsibilities

• Preparar piezas para pintado: lijado, masillado y enmascarado.
• Pintar piezas plásticas con equipos modernos, respetando la calidad.
• Verificar acabado y mantener áreas de trabajo limpias.

They design, injection mold, and paint high-quality housings and components as if they were their own gadgets. They develop their own molds, gladly provide (unsolicited) advice to customers on manufacturability, and ensure that everything comes out of the paint shop in top condition. Función

You will join a team that is daily engaged in producing high-quality plastic parts. These products are used in sectors where reliability and precision are vital – think of aviation or the medical industry. As an industrial sprayer, you play a key role in finishing these products.

In your role, you ensure the professional spraying of plastic housings and technical components. You work both hanging and lying down, and use modern equipment that allows you to apply the paint correctly. But your work starts even before spraying: you carefully prepare the parts by sanding, puttying, masking, and checking everything meticulously. You work with both solvent-based and water-based paints and ensure that each product looks perfect and meets all quality requirements. No day is the same, and you contribute to a smooth-running process where quality is paramount. You work in a 2-shift system with these times: 6:00 - 14:15 and 14:00 - 22:15.

Requisitos del puesto

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a technical role, preferably in the plastics industry;
• Proven experience with wet painting/spraying;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
