Job Invest B.V. en Noord-Brabant, Rijen, busca un/a Operario/a de Máquina (Asistente) para trabajar en la línea de producción. Debe rellenar moldes, retirar productos y revisar la calidad, manteniendo la máquina y el área de trabajo limpias.

Se valora la motivación y la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. Actualmente se trabajan 2 turnos; puede cambiar a turno diurno de 08:00 a 16:45. Se ofrece salario bruto por hora de 15,29 €, con un plus del 12,5% por turno y tres pausas

Qualifications

• Se esperactype: actitud práctica y capacidad de trabajar físicamente.
• Se valora la meticulosidad y la revisión de productos.
• Puede trabajar de forma independiente y ayudar a compañeros.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en 2 turnos.
• La vivienda propia es una ventaja.
• Experiencia como operador/a de máquina o trabajador/a de producción es deseable, pero la motivación también cuenta.

Responsibilities

• Llenar moldes y retirar productos.
• Verificar de inmediato que el producto salga correcto.
• Mantener la máquina y la zona de trabajo limpias.
• Controlar y operar la máquina durante el turno.
• Si se empieza como auxiliar, tomar y pesar la polvo.
• Trabajar con precisión y estar atento para actuar ante incidencias.

Función

As an (Assistant) Machine Operator, you are actively engaged around the machine throughout the day. You fill molds, remove products from the mold, and immediately check if the product looks good. You also ensure that the machine and the product remain clean, so that the production process continues without problems.

In addition, you control and operate the machine during work. If you start as an assistant, retrieving and weighing the powder is also part of your tasks. You work accurately, stay attentive, and intervene in time when something is not quite right. Currently, work is done in 2 shifts. Depending on the workload, this can be changed to day shift from 08:00 to 16:45 in consultation.

• A gross hourly wage of €15.29;
• 12.5% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage;
• Working in 2 shifts, with the possibility of day service depending on the busyness;
